RobotCNCParts provides precision powder coating for robotic parts, achieving durable finishes with typical film thicknesses of 40–120 µm.
Using advanced electrostatic spray systems, we apply polyester, epoxy, or polyurethane powders with customizable colors, gloss levels, and texture. Typical curing occurs at 180–200 °C for 15–25 minutes, delivering consistent, long-lasting robot components.
| Finish | Purpose | Thickness (typ) | Wear | Colorability | Notes |
| TGIC Polyester | General-purpose protection and UV-stable finish | 40–80 µm | Moderate; 20–30 mg loss/1000 cycles (Taber ASTM D4060) | Wide range, UV-resistant colors | Suitable for indoor and outdoor robots; good chemical resistance |
| Epoxy | Corrosion protection in industrial environments | 40–80 µm | High; 10–20 mg loss/1000 cycles | Limited; mostly solid colors | Excellent adhesion; poor UV resistance, mainly for indoor use |
| Epoxy-Polyester Hybrid | Balanced corrosion and moderate UV resistance | 50–90 µm | High; 12–25 mg loss/1000 cycles | Moderate color range | Suitable for moderately exposed environments |
| Polyurethane (PU) | High-durability, abrasion, and chemical resistance | 50–100 µm | Very high; 5–15 mg loss/1000 cycles | Wide range, gloss, and matte options | Ideal for robot arms, housings, and high-wear areas; UV-stable |
| Fluoropolymer (PVDF) | Extreme chemical and UV resistance | 20–40 µm | Very high; <10 mg loss/1000 cycles | Limited but highly durable | Best for long-term outdoor exposure; specialized applications only |
| Textured / Matte | Hide imperfections, improve grip | 40–80 µm | Moderate; 20–30 mg loss/1000 cycles | Wide range | Often used on housings or ergonomic surfaces; may reduce gloss |
