Machine Capabilities
We operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis turning centers and mills plus EDM for complex geometries and tight concentricity control. Critical capabilities include live tooling, sub-spindle turning, and max part diameters up to industry-standard sizes — enabling accurate, single-setup machining for many robot components.
Materials & Processes Supported
Aluminum, stainless steels, titanium, and engineering alloys are regularly machined, with secondary services including anodizing, hardcoat, passivation, plating, and fine polishing. We select process flows by material and functional need (wear, corrosion, electrical isolation) to meet design requirements.
Quality & Inspection Controls
Parts are inspected using CMMs, calibrated micrometers, and runout/cylindricity checks; key characteristics are documented in inspection reports with traceable measurement data. We follow ISO-aligned procedures and provide first-article inspection (FAI) and PPAP-style documentation on request to support qualified sourcing.
Production & Logistics Assurance
We support prototype-through-production volume planning, kanban replenishment, and lot traceability to keep assemblies supplied without interruption. Parts are packed per ESD and clean-room needs when required, labeled with part numbers and batch info, and shipped via tracked couriers worldwide.

What Our Customers Say

FAQs

CNC Turning FAQs

Get answers about our CNC turning capabilities, quality standards, and delivery support for robotic components.

What tolerances can you achieve?
We can achieve tight tolerances depending on part geometry, material, and design requirements. For robot turning parts, we focus on precision, concentricity, and consistent fit for assembly-critical applications.
What CNC turning services do you offer?
We provide CNC turning for shafts, bushings, collars, spacers, sleeves, and other custom robot components. Secondary operations such as threading, drilling, tapping, and grooving are also available when needed.
Can you support both prototypes and production orders?
Yes. We support one-off prototypes, design validation parts, and low- to medium-volume production runs. This makes it easier to move from early development to repeatable sourcing.
What surface finishes are available?
We offer common finishing options such as anodizing, polishing, bead blasting, passivation, electroplating, and powder coating. The best finish depends on your material, performance needs, and appearance requirements.
How do you ensure quality and consistency?
We follow a controlled inspection process that includes material checks, in-process monitoring, and final dimensional inspection. Critical features can be verified with precision measuring tools and documented for consistency across orders.
Can you provide inspection reports?
Yes. Inspection reports can be provided upon request, including key dimensions and verification results for critical features. This is useful for engineering review, incoming inspection, and production release.
